When will I be prompted to tell you which charity I want to donate to?   You will be asked during the checkout process. If you are ever in doubt or just want to confirm that you have selected the correct charity you can always send an e-mail and we will reply the confirmation.

I cannot find the cartridge I am looking for.  Please contact us with your requirements. We source supplies from the UK's top  distributors and can usually get anything at the best prices. We will then list this item on the site so that reordering will be easy next time you require it.

Can I buy direct from one of your shops and still donate to a charity?  Yes. You will be asked to fill in a form with all your details with the nominated charity and we will ensure the donation is sent.
