All cartridges remanufactured and refilled by THE REFILL CENTRE have been done so under stringent quality control standards, assuring performance that equals or exceeds that of the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).

Our toners and inks are sourced from suppliers arround the globe and are perfectly matched to the many different cartridges available. Furthermore we have an extensive range of testing equipment to ensure that cartridges are working perfectly before they leave.

We at THE REFILL CENTRE will replace any defective cartridge or refund the full purchase price of any of our cartridges found to be defective.

In the unlikely event of one our cartridgescausing a printer to fail we will reimburse our customer the full cost of all service and repair of the machine. This warranty is dependant upon the customer providing us with satisfactory evidence that the failure was due to a defect in the cartridge. THE REFILL CENTRE must be contacted prior to any work being carried out or this warranty is null and void.

This warranty is in addition and does not affect your statutory rights under local registration.
